Heliflex is looking for a Manager for the Industrial Maintenance Department!
Main responsibilities:
• Lead, implement, and adjust the Preventive Maintenance Plan;
• Oversee, manage, and analyze all types of maintenance activities;
• Manage and support/assist the maintenance team;
• Liaise with suppliers/service providers;
• Participate in the procurement of materials;
• Assist in suggesting new solutions.
Basic requirements:
• A technical professional course in industrial maintenance or a similar field is preferred;
• General knowledge of mechanics, industrial electricity, pneumatics, and hydraulics;
• Experience working in an industrial environment;
• Strong planning, organizational, and methodical skills;
• A sense of responsibility, dynamism, and autonomy;
• Proficiency in IT tools (user level).
